Quest Pro Controllers lose tracking after my headset goes into sleep mode and I put it back on.

This has been an issue for a while and I have yet to find anything on this forums page about this specific issue. I know its a software issue, and I've been waiting to see a fix for months. I have a quest 2, and quest pro controllers. Love these controllers, but this one issue makes it rather inconvenient and I am reluctant to reach out to you guys because my support experience throughout my many years of owning oculus products has been... lets just say not that great.

The issue is as follows: Im playing my favorite game, how I always play, no shiny surfaces, no direct sunlight, plenty of light in my room, Ill take my headset off and put it and my controllers on my carpeted floor. Ill come back, Ill sit down in my chair, put my headset back on, take my controllers, press a button to wake them up and they either:

-don't show up

-show up in a fixed position either stuck in the position they were on the floor when they went into sleep mode or somewhere near the top left of my headset

I then attempt to restart my controllers as SOMETIMES this fixes the issue. If that doesnt work, I restart my headset. While I am restarting my headset and I have this issue, Ill notice if I move my controllers I can see the tracking dot as if they are actually tracking, but the direction is completely inverted. This is a major clue, but is very odd.

Sometimes even the headset restart wont fix it and I have spent up to 30 minutes fixing it for one instance and it happens about six times a day. Incredibly frustrating, and a waste of time. This, and a couple of other long standing common issues have led me to try and transition fully over to my steam headset, because I cant stand the issues that I really feel like should be solved this late in the VR game for the one monster of a company that was around for the beginning of it. I hope and pray there is a fix. Here is what I have tried:

-resetting my boundary history

-closing my blinds

-unplugging my steam lighthouses to see if infrared interference was causing issues

-picking up my controllers and waking them up before putting my headset on.

-unplugging quest link to see if they show up in default quest environment

-reinstalling literally everything I can and checking for any and all updates, and any related settings that I can toggle related to my issue

This aint my first rodeo, and ive run out of options.
