Ok,
I have a nice large playspace but with a couple of poles and desk in the middle of the room. When I draw my playspace completely around the room, it highlights the whole room as a free to room space and I can not have a hole in it for the two poles and desk in the middle. So when I play a game, I have no idea where these are. What am I missing? The only way to get around it is to draw a line through my playspace. Does this make sense? How do draw a donut basically or a box with a hole. Why can't I do that?

Hey there, @StormVR1215!
There wouldn't be a way to draw a donut shape. As I'm sure as you've noticed, when you connect the lines it automatically fills in the middle of the boundary and there is no way to remove a chunk from the middle.
The only real way around this would be to draw a horse-shoe shaped play area where the final lines don't touch so you can still have a hole in that central section where your desk and poles are.
Hope that makes sense. You can also do as you've suggested and draw a line through your play area.
