Quest Pro controller stop charging

My right controller shows 22% in the app. So it cant be updated (needs more than 30%). The left one is stuck at 33 %. both LEDs are on.

Hey there, @vrtrain! We certainly want you to always be included in all the fun VR has to offer, but you can't do that without your controllers getting charged up first! We'd love to work with you and get down to a resolution for your Quest Pro Controllers in no time! First, we'd like to ask: what color is the LED displaying, and is it solid or blinking? Then, once that is confirmed, please go ahead and try these next steps: 

 

  1. Try to factory reset the controller
    1. Right Controller: Hold A and Oculus buttons until the LED begins flashing red/white.
      1. Left Controller: Hold X and Menu buttons until the LED begins flashing red/white.
    2. Release the buttons immediately after the LED begins blinking red/white.
    3. Perform a manual pairing and check if controller LED would flash blue and white to signal pairing state.
    4. Once paired, controllers may take a while to update and stay unresponsive until they finish, and LED would be purple during the update.

After following those steps, let us know how it works out, and if the issue still persists, we'll continue exploring more options for you!
