Sometime in the last couple of weeks my Quest Pro controllers stopped working inside my VR apps -- for instance Walkabout Mini Golf. The game loads but the controllers don't interact within the application. They still work, as I can press the Meta button and exit out of the application. But inside the application they don't do anything -- I don't even see them visually. This is an issue across every application I have tried over the last couple of days. I powered off/on the controllers and also unpaired/paired them -- neither had any impact. The controllers both have a full charge, and interact with no trouble inside the Meta environment -- for instance I can select menu items, open settings and load application with no trouble. My headset is on v72 and both controllers are on firmware 1.47.0
I am holding off on a factory refresh, hoping there might be a more elegant solution. But if we don't hear any other suggestions before the end of the week that is my next thing to try.
My controllers also often lose tracking, but only when you go to the home menu during a game, about 40% of the time. Solution: The error never occurs if I deactivate hand and body tracking! Try this, your problem will go away.
