I just bought Brand new Quest Pro controllers and a 2 year warrenty for $380 I have paired them with my Quest 2 using the app amd they are stuck at 0% updated they were on all night for the update I have followed every thred I can find about fixing this and Nothing has worked If they are not updated by the end of the day I will demand a full refund.
