Hey there,
I have had the Meta Quest Pro for almost a year. I'm struggling with 2 hardware issues. The headset is fully up to date.
Please note that in this photo the controllers are charging fine. I have tried many times to adjust the headset on the dock without success.
These photos show the plastic peeling issue on the controllers:
Is there a solution to these issues? I'm still within the 1 year warranty period.
