So for the file not showing up, can you confirm the files are in one of these formats:
.KEY/.PPT/.PPS/.PPTX
.DOC/.DOCX
.TXT
.JPG/.PNG
.M4V/.MOV/.MP4/.MPG
As for the folder, are you viewing the folder from the PC or from the files app on the headset?
