Quest Referral Issues, both in the USA.

I have a Quest 2, and when I try to generate a referral code, I get an error that I am not in a qualified region. (I am in the US.) I have a referral link that I had used for my husband a year ago, when he got his Quest 2, though, so I used that referral link to send to a friend.

When she tried to use it, she first sees a message that she is eligible for $60 in store credit for Quest 3, or $30 for Quest 2 or Quest Pro. Then when she goes to the next step and logs in to use the referral, she gets a message that she is not eligible. Her account is brand new, and this is her first Quest. We aren't going forward and activating it, because we don't want to miss out on the credit. Any idea how to fix this? Quest Support is not responding via WhatsApp (maybe because it's the weekend?).

Same happened with me, I literally just got the device and just made an account and accepted my friends $30 bonus, completed the sign up, and it said I should have the credits but when I tried to buy beat saber for $30 it didn't work and tried to charge me $31

First it tried to charge $1 as if I had the bonus though and now it's not at all

I just want to play beat saber 😭

First off your link isn't even spelled out completely, I had to copy the link and complete it myself. So yeah, then there IS NO send message option on this page. Can y'all send a human being to reply next time thanks. I literally only bought this vs to play beat saber and now I'm considering just selling it. Literally zero customer support, and this quest 2 is full of bugs. Constantly asking me if I want to share my data to Meta every time I open ANYTHING btw
