I'm trying to update my Quest 1 but I click update now and it says downloading but nothing happens, even if I leave it running for hours. I've restarted my headset multiple times and nothing changed. I also contacted support and they suggested power cycling the headset and loading into the boot menu and rebooting from there which also did nothing.
Any other suggestions would be appreciated so I don't have to resort to a factory reset.
EDIT: The update finally finished after several hours.
