I purchased a Meta Quest 3 for my son at Xmas time. At the time of purchase I paid for a 3 year subscription to Quest + at an additional cost of roughly$190 USD. We are 3 -4 month into it and I have yet to be able to redeem the subscription on either my account or his (child account 12 years old). Meta support has been absolutely no help and I'm still unable to use content that I've prepaid for.
Can anyone provide advice or insight on how I can redeem the quest + subscription? The only option I see is to start a free trial and then pay monthly, but i've already prepaid for 3 years of it.
