Quest account suspended - they think I'm a child?

Went to log into the Quest today and was greeted with the message that said I needed to log in again on another device. I did that, then found out the account was suspended. There's suspicions that I'm not an adult it looks like, or that I'm sharing the headset with someone who isn't. I've had to submit a picture of my drivers license twice now, and twice it's been rejected, with the rejection email giving very generic reasons as to why it was rejected but telling me just in case, do it all over again. Now, on a Friday evening, I'm in this endless loop with email and verification bots, trying to recover access to this account. All the while, Meta seems to be the only company from whom you can buy a product but not be able to directly communicate with support by phone or even live chat. I feel like I'm taking crazy pills that this is even an issue. Please, give me a phone number to call and speak to someone so they use my not 12 year old voice to verify that I'm old enough to use this now paperweight of a vr headset.
