OK, so when I hold the Meta Quest button, it’s still resets my view, but it doesn’t pull up the menu how do I fix this? I can’t get it to work and I’m not signed in. I just did a factory reset so I’m trying to figure out how to get in and it’s really frustrating me because every time I put in the five digit code it doesn’t work also.

You are also experiencing some trouble with getting back into your headset after doing a factory reset and we will tackle that issue as well. We do have a few questions so we can understand what is going on better.
What Meta Quest device do you have?
The 5 digit code you are referring to, is it the pairing code? If not, could you give some insight on what it is for?
when did the issue with your Meta Quest button start?
Before you did a factory reset what troubleshooting steps did you try?
