I used an instagram link from @tigressx at the time there was double credit ($100 aud). I set up the account and purchased the device via the link on 14/12/2024. I got confirmation of my order but no indication that I would get quest cash so I emailed support on 18/12/24 to check how to get the quest cash and they ensured me it would arrive in my account when I activate the device. I activated the device on 31/12/24 and did NOT get any quest cash! I have emailed the support team multiple times since then and each time I get a reply from a different person and they said they are looking into it but never respond. It has been 17 emails and over 6 weeks! Still no resolution and the same response. Is there someone that can help me? My case number is #07661042. @meta@MetaQuestSupport
