After pause i've decided to play on quest 2 again. But quest link doesn't work. Even if my quest 2 see PC after i launch quest link i see only black screen with loading, meanwhile on PC app i get massage:

I've not changed anything from my setup, same cable, windows 10, same laptop, same headset, only upgraded soft. Restarted hardware few times after different operations. Usually i don't even see option to let PC read quest files

In chat with support assistant has written that meta stopped supporting laptops. Is it true ? Would be terrible for me

Tech specs of laptop: Ryzen 7 5800H + RTX 3050 Ti + 16 Gb RAM

Hello there, @reeeformed. Being able to use PCVR is a great way to experience your Quest 2. We want to ensure that you are able to use your headset however you choose to. With that being said, we did want to let you know that the GPU that you have for your laptop is not supported by our headsets. You can find a complete list of the specs that are supported here. We have a short list of steps you can try and see if they resolve the issue, but due to the GPU not being supported, our troubleshooting is limited. Those steps are as follows:

  1. Go to Windows Settings > System > Display > Graphics Settings.
  2. Click Graphics Performance Preference
  3. Click Choose an app to set preference > Desktop app
  4. Locate your OVRServer_x64.exe. By default, this will be located as follows:
    C:\Program Files\Oculus\Support\oculus-runtime\ OVRServer_x64.exe
    Click Add
  5. Set this to Power Saving then close the settings menu and click Save
If this does not work or is already the setting selected, Performance Mode can be tried instead
  6. Reset the computer and test VR Desktop

We hope that these steps are helpful for you. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
