Quest link issues with Razer Blade 14

I have spent almost the entire day trying to figure out why my Meta Quest 2 is saying all systems go for the Quest link, but I get the 3 loading dots and nothing every single time. I have to press the oculus button to back out, try restarting from both the laptop and headset and nothing seems to work.  I bought the usb 3 ethernet adapter from Best Buy thinking my connection wasnt fast enough and everything was green for air link and green checks were showing for everything and still nothing. 

Can anybody help? I have some steam vr games I've been dying to try.

Hi there @That_top_spot! We'll be happy to assist you with getting Link working on your laptop. We'd like you to complete the following steps:

• Ensure your laptop is fully compatible according to THIS.
• Try Link with the Link cable if you can to ensure the issues are isolated to Air Link.
• Update your graphics card's drivers if they aren't up-to-date.
• Install the latest Oculus drivers by following these steps:
  1. Close the Oculus app.
  2. Press the Windows key + R on your keyboard to open the Run command.
  3. Enter C:\Program Files\Oculus\Support\oculus-drivers.
  4. Open oculus-driver.
  5. Open the Oculus app and then try to connect your headset again.
• Ensure your Quest 2 works well when not connected to Link.
• Repair the Oculus PC app according to THESE instructions.
• Follow these steps to disable and reenable Air Link:
  • In Quest 2
    1. Navigate to the Settings menu
    2. Ensure "Air Link" is disabled/toggled off
  • Restart your headset and PC and re-pair the Quest 2 to the PC.

I've done all these but still no joy, I'm on the same laptop (2022 Razer blade 14)

Never gets past the meta loading screen on the quest pro headset. (Using the official cable)

Looks like the laptop doesn't work with cable and I'll have to return it...
