Quest link not working!

I used to play with quest link all fine. stoped working, i Factory reset my PC because my account was also messed up. reinstalled everything. didn't work and a while after it worked for a couple of minutes. now i uninstalled meta quest link app and reinstalled, updated nvidia drivers, updated software, restarted, restarted, nothing works. when i turn on quest link its just metas logo and 3 dots for some seconds, then they bvring me back to normal oculus, and from there, i dont see anything to connect my cable, until i reset my oculus and pc and then its back and it loops. it used to workkk, helppppp

We know how exciting it is to connect your standalone device to a PC to experience VR in all of its glory, that's why we would like to help you get connected again. 

 

We can see that you have tried restarting your computer, updated and repaired your drivers, uninstalled and reinstalled the Meta Quest Link app but the issue still persists. We really appreciate you trying this troubleshooting on your own.

 

We have some additional troubleshooting steps that might be able to help:

 

  1. Ensure the cable is the official Meta Quest Link cable and is not damaged. If possible, try a different USB cable to rule out a faulty cable and you can also swap the ends of the cable.
  2. When you are using Link, ensure that Air Link is turned off in your headset settings. 
  3. Disable any firewall or antivirus software that may interfere with your Link connection.
