Quest link set on 120hz but acting more like 60-70...

Hello.

Recently I have been having issues with my Quest Link Wired and Airlink, simply put the issue is that even thought my headset throught the Quest Link app is set to 120hz the streaming experience is more like 70hz, I tried multiple USB ports on my PC and I tested my Link Cable, the results show that its 2Gbps USB 3, and the Airlink - even though I have 800Mbps internet still acts the same...

What I have tried, Reinstalling Quest App, Restarting my PC and Quest 3 multiple times, trying tons of different Oculus Debug Tools configuration, disabling ASW to no prevail...
