Hello, i just got my quest 3 and i used my facebook to login to it, however that used a different email then my old Oculus account did and so i tried adding another account to the headset, but i cannot login to it because i never receive the verification email. Checked all the ususal suspects like spam folder and settings. Cannot change my email when i cant even login as well.
If so, you can simply factory reset your device and then set it up with your old account. Of course, only if you haven't bought any games with the new account that you lose.
However, the device was then already activated once. You may have trouble getting your free Asgard's Wrath 2. So you should still contact support.
My old account is the one i cannot get into because the email never comes and sadly i immediately redeemed asgards wrath 2 with the new one coz i had no idea it signed me into a new account at that point.
now even if i reset the headset i will still need to sign in on my phone app which is impossible
