So my controllers was showing the overheat note all the time, then i saw fac reset can solve the problem, so i did, then i just thought clear out everything would be better, so i went to the web and wiped my pro out of my app. The first issue came out, the headset won't pair with the controllers, so i had to skip and use hand tracking mode then get to the code paring step, and the app won't pair with the headset either. The whole process i tried like 20 times start form factory reset. also tried pair with aother pair of new quest pro controllers, same result. I found someone able to check the inside of the headset and the bluetooth part is fine and everything inside is not damaged. so it could only be something else, not a hardware issue.

If that doesn't work, then we might want to first factory reset the headset and then the controllers to see if they pair with the new headset "setup.". Please let us know if this workd for you.

I'm having the same problem with not recognizing the controller not getting past the pairing part and meta support tells me to do a factory reset😫 nice job too bad I live in Brazil and don't have warranty support

meta stop control c +control v everyone who is here has already done all the procedures that you are told to do and so far there is no solution the post is more than 1 month old and no update has been made to correct this bug via USB c on the computer back versions of software or something like that I used it for two days and the quest pro turned into a luxury paperweight

Hey something that maybe worked for me:
I unpaired the controllers, and then factory reset the headset. Even though they really want you to pair those controllers, you can, after a few iterations of them waiting for you to find your controllers, eventually run through setup using hand gestures. After I got all the way through setup and paired with the app, which I had deleted and reinstalled, then I used the app to pair the controllers, and it worked.
I had been able to get the controllers to work the first time before, only to stop tracking after I shut the headset down, but this time after turning the headset off and on a couple of times I seem to still have tracking controllers. We'll see what happens next.

Hello, I tried all the recommendations but it never paired (same situation as first message) so finally I contacted your assistance, I returned it and the replace is working fine, thank you.
