So my quest pro left controller lost tracking do I disconnected and now it won't connect.
It was flashing white and purple i understand that this is a update however its been 3 weeks now and still the same i contacted meta for support and they took me through all the steps to try and get it to re connect.
It didn't work and because I'm out of warranty by 3 months I can't get a free replacement even though it seems to be common fault with updates on controllers. I think considering there price of the quest pro they should be lasting longer and meta needs to take responsibility for the updates breaking the controls my 2 boys are devastated, my only option it to buy a replacement controller.
What is stopping that doing the same after the next update 🤔 terrible service considering the size of the company and price of the headsets
We understand you are having some controller issues after a recent update.
Can we ask have you tried a Factory Reset of the controllers and/ or the Headset and attempt to pair them again.
Also ensuring that there is fresh batteries/ full charge on the controllers and headset.
