Hi. My quest pro controllers keep falling asleep even when they are in use. I have tried so many things but nothing have seemed to work.

Yes i'm experiencing this issue with both controllers.
I am using the controllers with the Quest Pro.
I am using a third party knuckle strap for my controllers.
I have tried to factory reset the headset. And the controllers and disable and enable so many settings that i do not remember what settings.
And the controllers just show white solid color when i look at them normally.

Thank you for taking the time to answer those questions for us! Are your controllers sleeping while you're moving them during gameplay and app use? Or are your controllers sleeping after being held still for seconds while playing and using apps? We're asking for clarification because Quest Pro controllers sleep to conserve power when not in use after a few seconds.

Yes my controllers fall asleep also during use randomly and also when held still for seconds. But they should not fall asleep if held still and the thumb stick is in use. Please add a option for how long for the controllers to fall asleep.
