Quest pro controllers not charging, connecting to my headset

It started a month ago, I was playing a game and my controller just disconnected from my headset and when I checked it, it had no battery, I put it on charge but no signal of connection, I left it on charge thinking it was just completely out, but the next day it was still dead, I took it off the charger and it still wouldn't turn on, it flashed red 3 times and...that's it, that's all it did, I think the charging port or something else is broken, and I know its not the charger because I tested the current with another charger, and yes I'm using the official meta charger and brick, it did not overheat, nothing, it just flat out died out of nowhere.

Well I'm gonna end it here but this is quite urgent as I cannot afford a replacement controller or even spending any money because of my situation with money

Hey @Fnaflord2014. We know the problem you're having with your controller can be alarming, and we want to help you work out a solution to get them working again. The red blinking lights you're getting are indeed because the battery is dead. We appreciate the steps you've taken so far to fix your controller charging issue. It'll be helpful if we could get the answers to these questions so we have a better idea of why the issue could be occurring. 

 

  1. Have you had charging issues before?
  2. Is there any physical damage present on both controllers?
  3. Are you having this issue with one controller or both controllers?
  4. Have you tried to reboot the controller or do a factory reset of both controllers?

Once we get your response, we can get closer to solving the issue for you. We hope to hear from you soon!
