Quest pro controllers not pairing.

Just got the quest pro and everything worked fine for a few days but the subbenly the controllers stopped working. I have unpaired the controllers from my phone in the meta app and the have also factory reset my headset . I'm sure everything is fully charged . When I try to pair the controllers I go through the app on my phone and app in the headset. Each time I'm left frustrated the the headset and app is not detecting my controllers.  When putting the controllers into pairing mode i see the is a red light that blinks 3 times when holding the dash and y button down and oval ans b button down I  have Bluetooth turned on and have tried cycling connection on off in multiple areas.  have tried just about everything . What is another potential workaround, ? Maybe discharging the battery in the controllers? With the integrated sealed battery in the new controllers that becomes time consuming to test the theory. Would be nice if there was a access to the batteries. Anyways please do chime  in

I have done RMA for mine. I could not recover them at all.

I have gotten the same thing as you but months later, I have tried to factory reset my controllers, headset, I tried to unpair and pair again, I searched google for many hours to see what I can do, tried out everything I saw, but it still doesn't work. Maybe a day ago, it was turning on and I could use it, but for a minute at a time. (they would disconnect, and I had to hold the A button and oculus logo.) I am very concerned as I bought these controllers not that long ago and they stopped working. I can't switch to my old controllers as I broke those, and I am not taking the risk of buying new controllers ever again. Please fix something or everything there is to fix.

We'd love to get some more insight on this! Please provide the following details listed below: 

 

  • Have you tried to change the batteries in the controllers? If not, please do so and let us know how it goes!
  • Does the LED light on the controllers turn on? If so, is it solid or blinking?
  • Do you have any third-party accessories connected to the controllers? If so, please remove the accessories and try repairing the controllers on the headset.
