Quest pro controllers works fine in main menu but unable connecting in games

The controllers are paired and works fine in initial main menu. After entered into the game, controllers cannot moving, the right handside menu button is the only working one to back to main menu.

Power is 100% charged. Every game including meta horizon cannot working.

Switching mr mode or reassign safety zone can  randomly solved it, but always takes a half hour..

Does anyone encounter this issue and got the solution?

What the heck does that even mean?

@ishlogan it means you need to search the forum for issues similar to those that you are having and maybe you'll find a fix. Or is that too difficult?

I'm also having this issue on my Q3 on the latest version. My quest 3 is pretty much unusable once I open an app as my controls only show for a second then disappear until I press the trigger again. Some fixes I've heard have been to hard reboot by holding down power + "volume down" button, I did this which took me to bios for restart and it didn't fix it. Another fix I heard was to do a factory reset and select a lower version. I'm not doing that, I'd rather wait till they fix it however long that will be.

Not difficult, just dismissive and arrogant. Obviously there has not been a sufficient solution, and you don't get paid enough to complain about it.

The problem us that when I got my controllers I tried to pair them to my quest 3s but they wouldn't show up on the pair menu

It never happened again after this post was published. What a pity can not help others who encounter this issue.

@Chiayaya  in December there was an update that stopped the controllers working in games although they worked fine in the menu. There were several posts daily on the issue, and the fix was to factory reset the headset. A subsequent update cured the problem.
