Quest won't connect to PC on developer mode since last update

Since last update I can't connect my Quest on Developer Mode to my PC. I have to turn off developer mode so that my pc can recognize my device. When I switch on, i never recognize it. No matter how many times I try to switch on/off developer mode. I need the developer mode for work. I tried reinstalling the ADB controllers since it fixed the first time, but now it doesn't work. Any help? I use a Windows 8.

I want to disable developer mode all together I am tired of toying with it. I used the app and switched it off but when I go into my headset it is still enabled I've even factory reset my headset twice and it still shows up. Please help.

Where are you seeing this Interface ADB??

In my case enabling the Developer mode via the mobile app showed the pop-up in the device to allow data and the Quest 2 appeared in Windows Explorer
