Quest2 battery gets hot,

Molotov
Explorer
I was playing project wingman trough steamVR
and while most of the reading looked ok (I was using OVR metrics to monitor things) my battery reached temperature of 45C which from what i understood its borderline on
the danger zone.
just for the sake of clarification those are the readings:
CPU and GPU Utilization
were most of the time in the realm of 20-30+
Power level:  0
GPU level:4
CPU level:2
Tempature:0

today i tried to run a game natively, and those were the result:
Game name: creed: rise to Glory: Championship edition
  •  CPU: level:5
  •  GPU level:4
  • CPU Utilization: 40-70
  •  GPU utilization: (don't remember)
  •   Power level:0
  •   DDR:70(approximate)
  •   FPS:70(approximate)
Battery temp: 27-38(steadily climbed up, probably would continue to at least 40, i could not continue the test due to my own exhaustion)

so what is going on here?
 Note:
I was asking around and i found someone that have a quest 3 with a similar issue, according to him the battery is reaching around 58C
before fans are starting to ramp up.

so what is goin on?
