We have a short video that we show to many people one after the other and they do not have access to the controller. Lately when people put the headset on, the menu has popped up and/or they are looking at the video sideways. So we have to take it off them and put it on and adjust it. Very annoying. Any ideas what would be causing this?
Hey there, @Cujoent! We want to make sure that you're able to have the best experience possible with your headset, so let's work together on this! It could be due to the headset being removed, and put on people who may have different heights, or on people who may need to adjust the display, such as with the glasses spacing. This kind of handling can result in needing to recalibrate the screen, or needing reset your view.
One thing that may help is by disabling the option to use apps while laying down. To disable it, just visit the Experimental Settings tab in your Settings menu and look for “Use Apps While Lying Down.
