I have a Quest2 and can find it nearby in meta horizon, but the device settings menu is gray and cannot be used. Quest2 and meta horizon are logged in with the same account. My Quest3 has always been able to be used normally. Quest2 has been upgraded to version V72 as required by customer service and restored to factory settings, but it has not been able to pair successfully with meta horizon. I have tried two other machines and both have the same error.I can't use the new controller now
