Quest2 to Quest3 Upgrade

Just bought my wife a new Quest3 to replace her Quest2. I also have a Quest3. I want to keep her Quest2 active as a backup in case we want a 3rd player to join us in a multiplayer game. My question is: what do I need to do to set up her new Quest 3 so that we can sometimes use only both Quest 3’s, but also have the option to have someone use the Quest 2 to join us? Do I need to put her account into the Quest 3, then add a new username onto the Quest 2? Not quite sure how to do this. Any help is appreciated.

Hi @Doo925

Yes, that's exactly what you need to do. You must create a new account and add it to the Quest 2.

Look here how to do that:

One more thing....

If you want to play multiplayer with your guest, this account will need the game that you want to play too.

Multiplayer mostly don't work with shared games.

Still need help?
