Quest3 Air Link + Wifi keep disconnecting after removing the headset

I'm experiencing an issue with Air Link on my Meta Quest 3. Every time I remove the headset, the connection drops after about 1 minute, and the Wi-Fi also disconnects. This problem only happens with Air Link—when using a USB cable, everything works perfectly. It's terrible as a Unity developer, I have to reconnect every time I need to perform a test. I take off the headset, make some small change, when I put it back on the connection drops, and I have to do the whole process again.

Is there any way to prevent the Wi-Fi from disconnecting when I take the headset off? I'd appreciate any help or suggestions to fix this.

Thank you!

@RodrigoSantiago  go into the quest power settings and adjust the sleep mode from the default 15 second settings to a longer time that you'll have the headset off your head. Note that this will make the battery run down more quickly if you have the sleep timer set to a much longer time.

@RodrigoSantiago  Try going into your windows device manager/network adapters and right click on your wifi adapter/properties, then go to the power tab and disable power savings.  You can also do this with your Ethernet connection as well.  Hope this helps.

Thanks for the help, but the connection is interrupted on the Quest 3, not on the computer.
