After the last automatic update, the quest link stopped working! I can't use my favorite games from my PC now. Please fix this or provide instructions on how to restore the previous version. In the future, I don't want updates to be made without my consent.

Hey there @Baroslaw, we definitely don't want our updates to get in the way of your gaming, so let's see what we can do to fix this! First off, here is an handy Meta article that explains how to turn on/off automatic updates.
Now, when it comes to PCVR, there are tons of troubleshooting steps we can try out. We will need a few more details in order to diagnose the specific issue, though, and the easiest way to do this will probably be over private messages. You can start a conversation with us by selecting our name to get to our profile page, or click here: https://metaque.st/CommunitySupport. Next, click "Send a Message" to privately message us! Please remember, you must be signed into the community first to send us a private message.
If you'd rather troubleshoot here, that's okay too! Send us a detailed description of the issue, including any error messages you see, and we can get started!

I want to revert to a previous version of the software.

Hi @MetaQuestSupport, it isn't possible to set your headset back to the previous software version, but we'd love to hear your ideas over at Meta's Ideas Forum. This is where you can share your requests and suggestions for improvements to hardware or software, and other users can get in on the conversation. We hope this helps!

In that case, please fix what you broke. Right now, after starting quest link, the goggles screen shows a white "meta" logo on a black background. It doesn't matter if quest link is via wifi or usb. I reset the goggles to factory settings and it didn't help. Up until now, I haven't had a problem with quest link for several months since purchase.

For sure, let's get to troubleshooting.
Since this issue has popped up after a software update, let's check that your PC is still meeting PCVR system requirements. This link will lead you to the most up-to-date Link requirements, such as using an Intel i5-4590/AMD Ryzen 5 1500X or greater processor, and a supported GPU.
You can also see if Oculus\Support\oculus-runtime\OVRServer_x64.exe is using the same graphics device as your 2D Desktop.
If neither of these steps helps out, get in touch with us over private message with a detailed description of the issue and any error messages you're receiving, and we can get you some in-depth support! Please select our name to get to our profile page, or click here: https://metaque.st/CommunitySupport. Next, click "Send a Message" to privately message us. Please remember, you must be signed into the community first to send us a private message.

The latest Q3 and meta link pc app v69 updates haven't broken anything for me. Updates happen with most pc things these days. Because of security issues, many cannot always be rolled back. Your best bet is to contact meta support including your log file and see if they can identify what's causing your issues. Good luck sorting this out mate and cheers.

These settings didn't help. I even installed new drivers for nVidia. Still the same problem, i.e. after turning on quest link a white "meta" logo appears on a black background and nothing happens, you can wait until the next day. My graphics card is RTX4080 super, Ryzen 7 processor, 32 GB RAM, 1TB M2 SSD drive
