Question about what HDMI repeater to get: 60hz or 30hz?

I noticed that many people have been get the Coween Repeater that states 30HZ. There are two others I saw on Amazon with lots of user reviews that also say 30HZ. Here is the link:

However, I saw one at 60HZ at the following link, but only 2 user reviews.

Wouldn't the 60HZ be recommended or it really doesn't make a difference?

Both look silly cheaply made to me. I'd always go for the highest specification one myself.
Maybe you should research the difference between the rating of extenders.
It could be it's all horse shit and there is no difference, av forums might be a good place to start. 
That said, have you tried without one?
