Just curious why the optimum setup for the oculus rift 3 camera setup wouldn't be a triangle, trying to be as equidistant and even with all 3 angles as possible. The current recommended setup is two in front just ever-so-slightly toed-in, and the third camera off to one side or the other, angled towards the position of the user (I believe). That seems...........odd. Anyone know why this is, and can a 4th camera be added for full coverage?
Also, the cameras can be 10 to 14 feet apart, correct? I think that's within the 3 meter optimum range or at least getting to the high end of it, correct?
Thank Ye.
