Also, if your daughter is under 13 (or sounds like she might be), that could be why the account got suspended. Meta doesn’t allow accounts for users under 13.
There is a soultely nothing valid in this solution. The link has no way to contact support.
Meta has effectively bricked these accounts because all support links require login while we can't login. Worse, I can't even get support with my parental account because it isn't tied to a headset. Who designed this system.
The link provided by @Longno1 is an absolutely correct link for contacting support. You can use the account that you are using here in the forum for login on the page. If you - for any reason - can't reach out to support via that link above, send a PM @MetaQuestSupport here in the forum. Click on their name, then click the "send message" button.
