RANT Meta/Oculus has NOT send me back my left Controller. Help?

Idk what to do anymore. I've been told by Oculus they're working with shipping me a left Controller. It's been an on going situation since April 4th. It's now April 30th. Someone from the Longitics department is lying to me. I got over 90+ emails from them. They are lying to me. How do I get them to ship me a controller today? I only have my refurbished headset they sent me and my right controller.

 

I have a disability and severe anxiety. These guys are emotionally draining me. I keep being told different stories. 4809341 is my ticket.

Thank you for confirming your right controller works! I'm glad we were able to sort that replacement out for you.
We're working as fast as we can to ensure your left controller is shipped out to you as soon as possible.
 
I perfectly understand your situation however I can't add a full $75 in store credit.
Given how long this issue has taken I've taken the liberty of making a special request for some additional compensation and placing a bit more store credit on your account
I know it won't fully make up for the delays you've had, but I hope it can help you while we're working on this.
 
As for review to Miguel, I'll be sure to pass your words to him and you'll be able to fill out a survey on his behalf after we resolve this matter as well.

I got over 90 something emails. This is what you get when you send in something like your controllers.. they keep telling me they are short on stock. Does anyone else have any issues they've been dealing with too??? 😞 How do I get these jerks to send me my left Controller in so I can close my case? They tell me it's being processed for shipment. Now they tell me there's a delay. And it's being investigated. How TF is it being investigated? The whole family is pissed. This was originally my disabled brothers he gave me as a gift. $400.00 down the drain. Thank you Oculus for wasting my time. I should've had it back 5 MONTHS ago.

 

With the new headset coming out. I seriously HOPE they ditch their wearhouse because this is getting ridiculous and messing with my emotional well being. I have a mental illness. Severe anxiety etc. This is the only thing that helps me communicate with people and my therapist approves. What do I do??? I already reported Oculus to the better business bureau. I highly doubt they'll do anything about it. Anyway idk. Waiting an entire month is just. Not professional on their end. I just want to get on VR Chat and play Zenith with my friends. My friends have been bugging me about it. Oculus keeps sending me store credit for their mess up. Idk what to do anymore. I can't just buy a new controller and let them keep my left one. I'm basically giving up at this point. If I give up. They win. Sorry I'm panicking right now. My mom is pissed. So is my brother. I meant 5 weeks. Sorry. Idk what to do guys. I'm pissed. Whole family is pissed. How am I supposed to play a game with out a analog stick? I'm not psychic. They claim they're "Monitoring" the situation. What are they monitoring? They should be able to contact the wear house. And be done with it. Can someone give me advice please?

There is no hope and future for Oculus if they are not willing to help their customers like us at this point. Someone needs to reply to me and tell me what I should do. This is an emergency at this point. Plus they refuse to let me contact supervisor/team lead too. If this is their way of keeping it between their legs. Then that's just chicken **bleep**. Bad service. 😞

Sent mine in April 9, same deal.

I sent my headset april 15 and it was expected april 24 and now they delayed it. extremely disappointed

Should I just say screw it and waste $69.00 on a new controller when I get paid? I've been wanting to play Zenith bad and my friends on VR Chat been wanting to talk to me. Why do I feel like the wear house is stealing our left controllers and giving them to other people dude to their "Stock" being low. I know we don't have proof. But I wish someone would do an inspection in their Wearhouses. Mine was sent to Texas. Surprised I got back the 256gb headset over night. And my right controller. Keep telling the reps the same thing. They keep saying it's being "Investigated" by their "longish" department. I want someone from the Longitics department to contact me then then selves. I need to get a hold of a REAL HUMAN! Not some douchebag that keeps changing the same subject to save their ass. Talk about **bleep**ty support IMO. -_- I don't see Meta having a good future at this point. Might just get a Reverb 2 HP VR Headset. At least their FOV is decent. Get this guys. If you put in more than one ticket or ask them where your controller is. They get butthurt or won't talk to you at all. It's really unprofessional at this point. The FTC really needs to investigate Meta. They are stealing their customers products they gave us at this point which costs over thousands of dollars. Yes I smell a lawsuit. Why hasn't anyone did something yet? I'm willing to help anyone to start a petition against the weahouse and support at this point. You can't tell a customer "it's not the end of the world" if you don't get your controller back. Thats a red flag right there and shows they don't care. Ohhh I hope Elon Musk buys out Oculus. Why did Oculus have to merge with FB? 😕

I had to replace my headset due to some yellow dots on my screen and Its been 3 weeks since I sent it in. I don't know what to do. I even contacted them on twitter. It should not take 5 days to ship a replacement

All I gotta say is. File more complaints to the Better Business Bureau and have the FTC investigate this crisis. They shouldn't be stealing people's controllers m, headsets, etc. The other day a rep yelled at me and told me the controller didn't get stolen it was at the wear house. Not professional IMO. Metas reps is a joke. They lie to people. Theyre only useful thing they are good for is fixing people's debit card info to purchase their games. I've seen allot of complaints on Reddit and gaming news articles complaining about Meta's low stockages on controllers. It's bull**bleep** IMO. If you swear on this forum they "bleep" it out. When you argue with a rep. It makes you feel like you're losing brain cells. Literally. I love the Quest. But god **bleep** it I sent in my left controller a month ago. I replied to them yesterday for an update. They don't even respond BACK. SOMEONE NEEDS to file a CLAIM against Meta and Zuckerberg have this investigated ASAP. Where are the controllers going?!?!?! Are they stocking up on our **bleep**? We give them ALL OUR MONEY and they STEAL FROM US if we sent it into their **bleep**ty WEARHOUSE. SOMETHING needs to be done ASAP. Someone needs to start preparing for a first CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against META and Zuckerberg if the controller CRISIS or HEADSET CRISIS doesn't get resolved not just me but the fans. The point of buying a Quest was for us who couldn't afford the high end devices that costs around 2gran. Now they're just stealing from us. Thanks allot Zuckerberg. Thanks allot. If they do end up posting most of the games from Oculus to STEAM VR. Like Resident Evil 4 VR, Ghost Busters, The Tale of Onogoro, etc. I'm buying my self a HP Reverb 2. At LEAST HP has better Support than this **bleep**.

The worst mistake is send my oculus in because now they just keep telling me that my Oculus replacement is getting processed and that they will send me the tracking number.
