Have been trying to install RE4 and it simply won’t resume the download past 3 or 4 gigs..
1st try it was up to 30% then all the sudden in cancel automatically and had to start from zero again. 2nd attempt, it took many many hours to reach 3gigs , and now it’s stuck there with no progress .
got this device mainly for the RE4 inclusion in the bundle. But this is completely disappointing.
if it’s so complicated with so many issues installing , the head set should at least had the game pre -installed in the device. This is by far the worst console game bundle experience I have ever had.
Hey there, @Ravendots2032! We can definitely understand the pain of waiting for hours but a game still not installing properly. We'd be more than happy to help out! If other games are installing properly, or if restarting your router doesn't help the situation, you'll want to factory reset your headset. We'll list out the steps for a factory reset below just in case restarting your router doesn't help the situation.
From the Headset:
Power off the headset
Press and hold volume down & Power
This will boot into the USB Update Mode menu
Press volume button to move selection, press power button to make the selection
Navigate to Factory Reset and press the Power button
The device should now begin the Factory Reset process.
