I'm experiencing an issue with keyboard input when only when using the Remote Desktop app on my Meta Quest 3. Here's the situation:
I use an MX Keys (international) wireless keyboard configured as "Brazil ABNT" in Windows since I live in Brazil and prefer the Brazilian layout for accents (e.g., "á") and characters like "ç." When I use my PC normally, everything works perfectly, because I know where every accents are supposed to be on ABNT.
However, when accessing my PC through the Meta Quest 3 Remote Desktop app, the keyboard behaves differently. Specifically:
- Accents no longer combine with letters, e.g., typing ´ followed by a results in ´a instead of á.
- This issue only occurs in the Remote Desktop app. The same setup works as expected when using the PC directly or using other remote desktop apps, quest's or not.
All peripherals, including the keyboard, remain connected directly to the PC, not the Quest, because I know Horizon OS only supports English layout. The app is simply mirroring my PC screen, so it shouldn't be interfering with the keyboard input in any way.
