[RESOLVED] Can we delete all or some of the 'Not installed' items in the Oculus Library menu

Title asks it all, i hope.
i have tried out many VR experiences and deleted them after trying, ABE VR being an example. If i let a person use my rift without me being there it would be possible for them to re-instal ABE VR just by going to the 'Not installed' section in the Oculus library.

It should be possible for us users to delete old references to uninstalled VR experiences and to be honest I fail to see the point of having them there at all. I have a good memory of what I didn't enjoy while keeping the best.

I've tried uninstalling Oculus (removed everything Oculus inc hidden files) and reinstalling it but I guess all the info of our old programs are attached to our accounts on a remote server somewhere buried deep in a desert and oculus simply digs them up and reinstalls them !

If anyone's found a way of deleting the old titles "Not installed" from the library menu permanently please tell me how you did it.

cheers

Right click on library item and select uninstall.  For unwanted non installed items, just download and install then right click to uninstall. 😉

yup, tried that but the programs/games I uninstalled are still on the list of not-installed games..

I just want to clear 'that' list..

Yeah, there should be a way to completely remove something from the library. I mean come on, even steam allows you to permanently purge a game from your library. As in remove completely, it wouldn't even show in the "owned games" list.

I purchased a rift
bundle around 2 months ago and have tried lots of experiences.
I find it very frustrating that I cannot remove software I have
tried and uninstalled, from my list. To see this reported over a year ago and
still be happening isn't very inspiring. Why do i have to look back at
everything I have installed all the time? It's completely unnecessary and
worrying that it hasn't been addressed yet. Anyone asked the Q in rift
support?

In windows explorer I searched for the "not installed" games files by name in my programfiles86/Oculus directory and moved the store asset, software and manifest files to a temp directory, 15gb of crap. Oculus runs fine but most still show up as not installed. Registry must be a cloud based thing.

Seems despite recent improvements; Oculus customers are unable to delete the record of previously tested games/apps. They merely have a show/hide toggle.

The option to hide them is there but NOT to delete any record of ever having them is not

..the question remains un-answered
