I just received my RMA Quest 2 Headset on Friday and was unable to connect the Quest 2 to my phone. I just tried to connect the Quest 2 to a new phone assuming that it would work, but no dice. Customer support said that it was due to some update in the system and that many people are experiencing the same issue, but they did not give me any time frame of when the Quest 2 would start to work. Does anyone know when I can start to use my Quest 2 again?
