RMA stalled for 16+ days. No meaningful response from support staff other than, quote "As of the moment, there is no update yet from our Logistic team".

Headset returned due to hardware fault with both lenses.

I have had the same issue for even longer now. Really disappointed. I had 2 RMAs, one got sent out the next day and now the second one I've been waiting on for the past 20 days.
