RTX 4060 laptop is supported?

I have tried to use MQ3 for playing Elite Dangerous, and it was absolutely horrible but even more - a little later I saw that msg in Oculus Soft:

so the question - is RTX 4060(laptop), i7 13700hx , 64gb ram not enough for vr playing?
