Thanks for the reply. I've tried the Software Update 3 times. Then tried even the manual 'adb sideload xxx.zip' for newer firmware that is the v74. It installed successfully but still boot loop. I've talked to Amazon associate on Friday, he told me he will pass my problem to another one and that I'll receive an email with possible solutions how to return that to Amazon.de and get a new one? Refurbished? Not sure. But working at least. Mail, still nothing thought.
