Hey, I’m having troubles with that, how long is there between changes? I had a similar issue where I set it to a year behind my birthday as it scrolled a title too far and now I can’t buy a music pack that has explicit words in it. It’s quite frustrating.

If your account isn't letting you change your date of birth right now, I'd recommend waiting some time before trying again.
