Dear Instagram/Meta Support,
I’m reaching out because my Instagram account (mangesh_singh_chauhan) was hacked several months ago, and I have been unsuccessful in recovering it despite trying every official method.
Here’s what happened:
- The hacker changed the email address to: [uqmoe5332@icclao.com]
- They enabled Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) and added backup codes, making recovery impossible on my side.
- My original phone number of mine is still linked to the account and i can login from my old email and phone numbers but 2FA and backup codes interrupts.
- The avatar and activity were changed by the attacker, proving unauthorized access.
What I have tried:
- Filled out the My account was hacked form more than 50 times
- Attempted the video selfie verification 10+ times — it always fails and sends an automated rejection
- Reported the issue using all help center forms and feedback options
- I’ve asked for human support, but I keep receiving only automated responses or help articles
I am the rightful owner of this account. I am ready to provide:
- A government-issued ID
- A selfie holding the ID(for manual identity verification)
- Proof of linked phone number
This account is very important to me because of my personal photos and data of army cantt , i have already complaint to cyber crime and I am truly frustrated after months of trying. Please remove the hacker’s email and help me recover access via my phone number and verified ID.
I request that this case be escalated to a real human support representative as automated replies have not helped.
