generate new device code oculus

Is what I get when I turn on the headset. It won't let me generate code just comes back with error. Months like this help is so bad on the junk

I'm am working with you through private message. Not really getting anywhere 

still no contact or answers not bad going on 1 week wait for a 24hour response

how do I escalate this so it's not being handled in a chat forum and nothing is happening or helping?

I replied again sending the same information as asked for last time.

Yet again sent all the information and nothing back, sort of typical on this forum.

 

Now got email asking if I still need I have not had any help and system down for months.

 

All I get is thank you for patience we plan on working with you, but really mean we will do nothing at all and keep asking the same questions

I wanted to jump real quick and let you know that I spoke with our teams, and it looks like there have been other instances of support not receiving follow-up responses from users, and it's being looked into at the moment. The message you received about asking if you need help was likely an automated one that appears when support doesn't hear back after a few days.

I recommend sending a private message to @MetaQuestSupport, and sending a screenshot of what your response email was to support when they first reach out to you. This way, the teams on the forums can reach out to the support team and let them know what you've said. Hope this helps!

I have already sent multiple emails to support including photos of the emails and photos in the PM and copies of the emails in the PM.

Support have got the email as they reply back thank you then do nothing.
