Dear Meta
It us now over a year since my son who is now turning 12 used his meta quest account. It was suspended I uploaded my ID twice and got noreply.
I don't know why it was deactivated in the 1st instance and was so disappointed at the kick of clarity and service. I know several other parents this happened to and they had to start a new account and buy all the games again. I refuse to do that as I think it's a gimmick but my sons new friend has got a meta quest so can you please reactivate it.
