I have two refurbed Oculus 3 headsets purchased from the Meta store. The SN on the arms of the headsets do not match what is listed on the Meta account.
One headset loses the home screen when an app is exited. I have to restart the headset to see the home screen.
How can I contact support if I can't match the headset's SN to the account SN ?
Please help.

the serial number on the account page shows the serial number from the box - which is always different from the serial number on headset arm.....even if it is not a refurbished unit.
You can contact support here via chat, email or whatsapp.
One question..... did your problem occur right after the update to v74?
