Hello! My little brother has been trying to play rec room but for some reason it only says "Code: Timber", which we have tried to reset the time, Wi-Fi, And its not just rec room. He cant play animal company, or gorilla tag. He wont connect to lobbies and he has been devastated after this. The router has been reset and he just wants his account back. Please someone help! We don't wanna factory reset it before anything else.
Per the Rec Room common error codes which you can view here, error code 'timber' relates to the device time and date settings.
Please ensure these are correct and possibly enable automatic time and date configuration to help prevent this error in the future.
Please also attempt to uninstall the applications, restart the headset and reinstall the applications to ensure the most updated version is in use.
