I recently signed in and have been using my meta account connected to my Instagram having purchased many apps and such. Today, when I put on my headset it told me to log back in on another device and when I try logging in using Instagram I get an error

This may be because of a technical error that we are working to get fixed. You can try continuing another way, or try again later.
When I create a new Facebook account and entering the code on my headset on meta.com/setup it says Invalid Device Code and I have no way of using my VR headset.
Im worried that my purchases will be gone. I need help logging into my account please.
