On my Quest 2, the thumb sensors on the thumbstick, buttons, and the little pad seem to be not working correctly. It thinks that it's being held down, even when my hand isn’t on the controller. I JUST purchased a new one last month and barely used it ...

Hey there, @Random_furry2009.! We'd hate for your VR gaming to come to a halt due to a controller issue. We know how important it is for your controllers to be working properly, for the best VR experience! Keeping this in mind, we'd like to provide you with a few troubleshooting steps. Let us know if you've tried this:

  • Removing batteries for 3-4 minutes
  • Replacing batteries with new ones
  • Unpairing and pairing
